OnTheRoof are one of the .most pleasant contractors I've ever worked with. James and especially Daniel were instrumental in helping me through three attempts at getting my roof replaced.

Daniel worked with me all the way from evidence collection to communicating technical details with insurance adjusters to getting the right quote approved and finally getting the job done.

I would recommend On The Roof to anyone who is in need of a roof or insurance assistance. I was highly impressed from start to finish, Allstate was very difficult to work with regarding my repairs and consistently wanted to under pay my claim. I have much respect for the patience this company has, along with maintaining professionalism throughout this process. They were able to get me the funding that I needed to move forward with the repairs for full replacement. The roof came out perfect as I expected they kept me up to date through out the process and had a supervisor on site to answer any of my questions and to ensure no material shortages. On The Road Contracting knocked it out of the park. Super responsive from the start, handled everything with my insurance so I barely had to lift a finger, and the crew finished the entire roof in one day. Before and after pics say it all. Great company, will really work with you. The contractor, Daniel, was very nice. Always punctual, which you don't get with many others.
Roof repair was done well, and astonishingly quick.

I had a great experience with On the Roof from start to finish. Their communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, which made everything much easier to navigate. They did an excellent job working directly with my insurance company, taking a lot of the stress off my plate and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks.

A special thank you to the owner, James, and to Daniel, who handled the initial inspection, worked directly with the insurance adjuster, and kept me updated with regular communication throughout the process.
