Yes you will be provided with an estimate prior to any work being done.

If you are planning to make an insurance claim, please have your insurance policy number. If you have an interior leak, please be prepared to indoor photos of property damage. We may also need access to your back yard for photos of your roof.

Roofing Contractors are not required in the state of Kentucky to be licensed. We are fully insured though.

Yes. Our insurance covers damage that is caused by us. We take pictures prior to your project date to establish current and non existing damage to protect both our clients and us.

No two projects are the same. We also take into consideration weather conditions. Your project could be done in as little as a couple of days or longer.

We will be present at the start of the job to ensure materials are dropped, workers present, and to answer any questions you may have prior to installation. We will also conduct daily visits to ensure your installation is running smoothly. Once your job is completed, we will be there to assure the job site is cleaned up properly, we have met your satisfaction and do a walk through with the home owner.

We make every attempt to be on site daily to make certain your job is being completed properly and to your satisfaction.

There will be a foreman assigned to every project and you will be advised of who is in charge.

Yes you will have continuous access for any questions you may have.

For our office staff operating hours are Mon-Sat 9:00am to 5:pm. Our production staff is on duty Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm.

For insurance claims, 50% of the awarded total, plus your deductible is required prior to production. The remaining 50% is due upon job completion. For personal payments or financing, material cost and proper dump fee is required prior to production, the remaining payment is due the morning your project begins.
